Responsibilities:

The executive assistant will be assisting the Senior most person who is an Expat.

Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.

Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.

Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate jet; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.

Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Staffing Coordinator - Onroles of tempbridge Networks.
Candidate interview management responsibilities:

Working closely with India Recruiting team on interview scheduling, coordination. Responsible for organizing scheduled week end hiring events when required. Candidate MIS tracking and weekly report generation across the engineering hiring teams. Will be solely responsible for driving and managing the interview process management for BROCADE India.

Will be involved in recruiting operation process development and implementation on a time to time basis.

Weekly status update report to be sent for respective stake holders. Adherence to SLA in each and every process from the interview scheduling till candidate on boarding.

Will responsible and representing as a single point of contact to India Staffing operation team to BROCADEUS.

Staffing operations responsibilities:

Single point of contact for India offer letter preparation & generation. Will be working as single point of contact for India On boarding process. Will get an opportunity to work on leading edge global recruitment tool called Virtual Edge. Initiating the background verification to selected candidates from the tool, keeping a status track and handing over the completed reports to Recruiters.

Initiating the online application form from the ATS tool.

Yet to join candidate follow up and maintaining a track till they join.

Owning the India on boarding process by closely working with Recruiters on the confirmed dates from yet to join candidates. Collecting the necessary joining docs from Recruiters and performing other actions in ATS tool such as offer acceptance, on boarding etc… Once all the paper work is clear, need to send the consolidated joining docs to US global candidate on-boarding team and await for the confirmation. Sending welcome email to all the joining candidates.

The Apple Solutions Consultant is an Apple employee who oversees the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Store-in-a-Store in a single unit retail reseller.

Growing sales of Apple-based solutions to consumer and professional customers Building a community of loyal Apple customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of Apple.

Products Developing the store’s Apple business by building a strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with the reseller’s management and sales team.

Be aware of any promotional offers and encourage the customer to avail discounts on the products promoted by the store.

Maintaining merchandising and visual standards according to Apple and reseller standards Analyzing and reporting business results and trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales development in his territory
  • Build influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailer’s store management and sales teams in order to ensure: Appropriate business management is achieved at store level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, ST evolution, etc.)
  • Appropriate time is scheduled and dedicated to building Apple
  • Implements sales target at Store level
  • Acts as the first point of contact for channel for any sales/commercial issues
  • Implements schemes/incentives/promotions to drive tertiary sales
  • Monitors channel stock levels and ensures product availability
  • Manages iPad& Mac Promoter performance at the outlet level. Ensuring optimum target setting for promoters and driving higher velocity.
  • Ensures BTL tactics/activities are properly implemented at the store level
  • Build a virtual team across the stores enabling them to effectively promote and sell iPad& Mac.
  • Coach and develop promoters & store staff’s knowledge of the product features, benefits and selling solutions for iPad& Mac through: Interactive workshops e.g. team meetings, one-to-ones, small groups. Practical in-store demonstration.
  • Monitor and ensure that the merchandising and the maintenance of the in-store iPad& Mac display unit sand other POS material meet or exceed Apple’s brand and channel marcom standards.
  • Manages IT Multi-brand (IT MBO) channel end to end (Account Management) in  his/her territory.
  • Appoints new partner as per guideline, ensures brand guideline adherence, dealing with National Distributors to plan inventory and drive sell in, Planning and executing BTL activities, etc.
  • Provide a regular update to their manager on the performance of their territory including Store Sell in, Sell Out, potential business challenges and issues related to maintenance and merchandising within their assigned stores.
  • Report back to their manager on ‘in-store competition’ and ‘ranging’ to ensure that store and competitor information is kept up to date.
